Was very informative about what caused the problem and how he would be fixing it. Also what should be done as upkeep, as well as what the cost of replacing the water heater should it need to be replaced under warranty.

Second time out for our first home, Eric was great before and the second time.

Whoever answers the phone is unprofessional. I've never called a place for business and did not recieve return phone call. I tried to patron this business as a repeat customer ,but I'm not going to beg to give you my money. Too many other plumbers out here. Very disappointed.

They were dispatched after an ac company said it was a plumbing job only to tell me that it was the ac companies task. That was awaste of my time and day American homeshied. Ugh. Finally they sent a different company

Giving one star is a stretch since this is the only option. I had a leak around my water heater. AHS- American Home Shield dispatched DoRite Plumbing. The first visit Demetrius and Phillip came out. Demetrius stayed in the van while Phillip stated he had to see the water leak, therefore I had to wait til it leaked again. It was a few days later I called and, Phillip came out and saw the leak. He stated it was the AC condensation drain. He stated he could unclog it but had to check with Demetrius who so happen to be on vacation in Jamaica, therefore they referred the issue to AC. AC came out and discredited the notion it was AC drain but a main line stoppage( plumbing issue). Do Rite came out again. Phillip and Demetrius tried to place it back on AC. They fast talked about gaining access to the line. Demetrius attempted to tell me the AHS policy to gain access and he gave the option of going through the sheet rock. He adamantly told me AHS can’t authorize per their policy but he would call. He stepped out went to his van and sent Phillip back in to say they would be on hold for 30 minutes, so they would be heading to their next job and left. I received a call from AHS stated Demetrius told them the only way to access is through wooden platform which is not true. This is not someone or business operating in integrity.

Eric was great , he called ahead of time arrived on time and was very professional. I had multiple plumbing issues that he quickly repaired or explained. I will call Do Rite again, outside the home warranty and request Eric.

Mark was prompt, personal, and professional. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. He came through our home warranty service, but I'll probably call him for other stuff in the future.

My husband took off from work to have a toilet and a water heater fixed. After the water heater was installed, the plumber left saying we had to schedule another appt! Completely confused. We called the office back and the office admin said the plumber said we did not want to pay the $500 to have the toilet fixed. This was a complete lie. My husband specifically took the day off to have both items repaired. The check was already completed for the quote price. Why would he lie? Very untrustworthy.

Mark called when he was about minutes away. He was very professional and thorough. He replaces my garabage disposal in about 25 minutes. He even showed me some tips (the little wrench thing) and suggestions...running water for about 15 seconds after using disposal to help push stuff through the line. Very pleased!!

AHS is too expensive in general, and definitely does not pay enough regarding home air conditioner freon: paying only $10 per pound, when AC repair companies charge $70-$90 per pound. That is pathetic. I feel AHS should pay more than half, if not all freon costs. Also they don't pay for AC pans because they call them code items, which is also ridiculous, because a pan cannot be done without, like most code items can.

While American Home Shield wouldn't cover my broken toilet valve, Do rite did fine.

The worst experience ever. Scheduled appointment for today between 9:am-1:pm. Received call from LaSonya at 12:20pm stating plumber was running behind schedule but was still coming. 4:30pm no call no show. Called and left message. Received return call from Nicole at 4:50pm stating plumber was not coming due to a situation from earlier this morning. Asked whether or not they had other plumbers or backup plumbers readily available to assist. The response was “I’m calling to reschedule the installation of your hot water heater”. I asked for the owners information but my question was disregarded. Had no other choice but to reschedule for tomorrow. My husband and I took off a half day assuming we would at least work the other half of the day. Unfortunately we both lost 8 hours waiting on services from Do Rite Plumbing that we never received. Very disappointing to know that there are still businesses that scam and practice illegitimately. Will not recommend to “anyone” and most definitely will not use “ever” again. Bad taste that has turned us completely off. Filed complaint with BBB.

Demetrius Mattison was great! Nice guy and got the job done quick and sealed around the faucet to prevent another leak.

Paid $75 for a plumber to show up looked at the problem for 5 minutes, stated that he would show back up in a couple of days and never showed up again. Had to cancel the check!

Do Rite Plumbing was great. The gentleman D was exceptional. He took his time to explain the issue and the process. I very much appreciated him. He seemed aware of what the service request was for before he came onsite and was able to repair the problem in one visit. I would highly recommend Do Rite Plumbing based on this last visit. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will attempt to request Do Rite Plumbing.

This was the worst experience with a skilled tradesman I have ever had. They cancelled the appointment then charged us $75 and told our home warranty company they came out. They literally stole $75 from us. These are the worst people to ever call them selves plumbers. They lied and lied again. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!!!

Told me I had a cracked tank and needed a new toilet. Another plumber came out and replaced the flush valve and now toilet works just fine. Avoid this plumber

Mark was my technician and was awesome! My window for arrival was 8am-noon Mark called at 730am letting me know he was on his way. Answered the many questions I had about my new homes plumbing. He did a very thorough job! As a service tech myself (different industry) I can say make sure you take care of this tech!
