Per Larry Stinson, the company owner, he uses a computer program that charges the average regional prices for plumbing services. In my case, we just needed to replace a toilet flange in a very small bathroom that had been accidentally attached with silicon when the installer put in the tile floor. She forgot to remove the flange, so it had to be cut out and a new one installed to replace the toilet. Working up his written estimate took the technician, Bubba, almost an hour because he did it through this computer tablet. Then the actual job took less than an hour and was done well. The cost was $1283 for this one hour of work and the cost of the flange. So he charged $1200 for one hour of labor! I thought this way over-priced and it should have cost maybe $600 or so. When I told the technician, I thought the price was very high, the technician said I was trying to “Jew him down”. I thought this was completely unprofessional. Nicole, who installed the floor, was getting paid only $250 because floor is so small (5’x5’), so knowing she had to pay the bill, I asked for a lower price. If I was paying to fix this, I would have gotten much lower quotes as the job was not hard, just cutting out a 3” flange and putting in a 4” one. But Nicole didn’t want to wait, so she paid $1245, as he came down a little. So even though they came on time and the work was good, their pricing and lack of professionalism make me not want to use them again. Bubba also tried to tell me they only provide a 30-day warranty, but then Larry said it would be 1 year.

Their computer pricing program definitely must include data from much higher-priced regions/cities than this market. Please get other local quotes to compare before using Stinson!

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

Evan did a good job on the three jobs we hired him to do. He went out of his way to help and was very courteous. We are happy with his work.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I would recommend this company!

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Steven and ABC Plumbing were great, and would absolutely use them again in the future. We had a few estimates for our water service line leak, and they were the most helpful about our options and were also reasonably priced. They were also very fast to come out and fix

Very impressed with All Masters Plumbing. In the middle of a disaster they were able to assess and complete the job needed in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough for their timely response and quick service.

Had a refrigerator delivered and the company that delivered could not hook up the water line. Called Bluebonnet Plumbing Services and they came out the next day to install. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting for my next repair.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

We used the company before for installing and replacing our furnace and complete ac system. We got excellent service from them. Our shower abruptly stopped draining and water was backing up. Happened on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time. Once again we got friendly professional service and affordable too!

We had a large job to complete over several days. Brett our service technician did a great job. He and his assistant Augustine were professional, punctual and kept me well informed of every step. It was a pleasure to work with them.
I also spoke to Mishell and received the same courteous and professional help.
