I am very pleased with BlackTie's service. From Larissa and Kendra in the office to Jesus who came out to do the dirty work, the entire operation was smooth and fast. Larissa and Kendra explained step by step what would be going on and were knowledgeable with the repair. I was concerned because I noticed my water leak during the freeze here in Texas. I knew plumbers were going to get slammed and I was afraid it would be a while before BlackTie could come out. However, before Jesus even came out to perform the Cleanout Install, Larissa scheduled the leak repair for the same day. Jesus explained in detail how he would perform the Cleanout Install. He then found the water leak right away but did not have the part to fix it. Even though it was late in the day and he still had to drive three hours back to Houston, he went to get the part so that he could complete the job that day. We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Odis and his staff are truly the best! They do what they say and are totally honest with their pricing. I completely trusted them in my home and left a key for them on several occasions. I had a main water line put in along with a new code compliant sprinkler system. Odis is the owner but has no problem grabbing a shovel and jumping into a ditch to get the job done.

From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!
