Throughout the process, Larry Stinson's team has been professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they called multiple times to alert me when the technician would be here with a tracking link, and sent over a profile of my technician (Scott) so I knew who I'd be working with. Both guys who showed up were friendly and helpful too. They also informed me of the charges before they started which is very much appreciated. Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!
