My wife and I were worried about our HVAC system as it was having some issues. We called Max Air & Plumbing and Robert Ray showed up to help.Robert was excellent! He was kind, courteous, patient and took the time to show my wife and I what he saw when inspecting our system. We never felt that he was being disingenuous when walking us through his diagnosis and voicing his concerns with our equipment.In our previous HVAC experiences with other companies, we never truly felt a sense of comfort. It was more along the lines of feeling like we were being taken advantage of by the tech by him saying we needed this or needed that to make this work.Robert was clear, concise and overall he was honest. He told us what was needed, what he and his company could do to help us and he answered all of our questions.In the end, we moved forward with purchasing a completely new system for our house and we are looking forward to the savings on our electric bill!Thank you, Robert, for a fantastic customer experience!

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!
