After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. Very knowledgeable family business

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I called at 9:15am on New YEAR Eve, they were here 2hrs later, and job was done 30mins after they walked in. We were replacing a leaky 15yo MOEN Kitchen faucet with a modern MOEN with Sensor.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

UPDATE: 8-22-23
Shawn and Hilton were out today to replace a bathtub faucet and shower head. They were courteous and fast. They didn’t need to be nice as I was out of the house when they came and had to wait 30 mins in this TX heat. This was 100% my fault for getting my schedule messed up. Still, they were polite about it and got in there and knocked out the work quickly and didn’t leave a mess. Will use them every time!

(8 years ago) We had a toilet clogged and our garbage disposal had stopped working. Brian showed up early and was professional and courteous. Took time to explain what were the causes. He cleaned up after and left the bathroom “cleaner” than it was before he started. Will definitely use them again.
