We had a shower valve replaced and we are very please with the work and the price! We had other estimates done and black tie had the best priced quote! Also Mark who did our estimate and the work was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really takes pride in the work that he does!

Needed a plumbing test done on my house. They came out within a week and had it done within a few hours. They used a camera and showed me that there were no issues. Other places wanted to charge me twice. Will definitely be calling them if I need a plumber.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

I can't express how impressed I am with KMP. They came highly recommended and now I know why. They text a pic and bio of my tech when he was on his way. Then he called when he was 15 minutes out. Michael, my tech, was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He seemed to have a passion for his career and to truly help people. Called The Plumbing Service (Brent) number a few times before I got him because he is so busy (but worth it!). Once I reached him in late afternoon, he was professional, set up appointment to come out and look at my slab leak issue that day. Got me an appt with leak locator for next morning who was reputable and fast. Brent worked us into his schedule ASAP, explained the repair options and gave a tentative quote based on info he had at the time. When he opened up the wall, he LOWERED the quote as it was not as bad as he expected. Amazed me as American Leak Detection people quoted a higher price on their initial inspection and when I called in to get their service they changed the price over the phone to add another 2K to the base price. Whereas Brent from The Plumbing Service came in under the quote, kept at the job until it was fixed, a few hours, even though I made a change at the last minute in materials I wanted. I would highly recommend him and intend to use his service as long as he is in business.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.
