Ty came to check out my system having a lack of heat. He checked out the system thoroughly, noted a filter in the attic - that I was unaware of, was clogging the air flow. And that the rest was ok except for the beginning signs if some normal unit wear. Nothing to take action on today though. Good explanations of how the system works. Very professional! Will be having the AC health checked in the spring. Glad we found this company!

Having a slab leak, or any leak isn’t something that makes ya wanna run out and write a review.

However, our home was built in the early 80’s (1983) and leaks are going to happen.

We have used Master Repair Plumbing now 4 times in the many years we’ve owned our home.

These guys know what they’re doing. They find the problem, fast. And fix the problem, fast!

Plumbing problems stink! Thank goodness for Master Repair Plumbing!

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

Hot water heater will not stay lit & I call two plumbing companies & one was book till Tuesday & the other said to call another plumber they didn’t want to deal with it. I used this one a lot. No more!
So I looked online & found this company & its 5 star rating. I called & they came out & clean some little thing & put it back in & told us they would call in the morning to check on it! What ! What! This is real Customer Service which I haven’t seen much of lately. Definitely use them from now on.

Very professional and honest company. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done to solve the problem. He was kind and patient with my boys (3 and 7). He answered their questions and let him learn about what he was doing and why he was doing it. They LOVED him, and now want to be plumbers themselves when they grow up! :)

After 17 years the gas jet in our wood burning fireplace needed replacing. And, due to a wind storm, a natural gas line to the outdoor grill needed work. Duffy from KMP Plumbing did the job quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. We have used KMP on several occasions and always received good service in the past. We weren't disappointed this time. The repair I required was difficult and tricky... the local plumbers estimated the cost at over 30k because of various obstacles (pipe was extra deep, went under a concrete culvert, sprinklers, etc.). So THAT was not gonna happen, and I began looking for other solutions.

Accurate Leak was able to reduce that price to something reasonable, by employing the pipe relining method. This really saved my butt... I was prepared to sell the house! Thanks, guys... great job!

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. I will certainly call him next time I need a plumber..

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
