I had a slab leak and I called this guys, they gave me an accurate estimate on how much I was looking at, out of four people that I call they were the best choice, the technician they sent was on time and very professional, took care of my issue the same day. I strongly recommend this guys.

Booker was excellent. He would not give up. He and his team were professional, courteous, and worked until they were able to clean out/fix the major problem. He kept us up-to-date on all that was going on and how they were trying to fix the problem. I would use them again in a minute!

Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

The bath tub cold water faucet was leaking badly. I called All Complete on Monday & they were out on Thursday morning. He replaced the stems & seats. It took him less than 20 minutes all told. He did both the hot & cold faucets. They both work like brand new. I am very pleased with the fast response, excellent work, and how affordable it was.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.
