Emergency issues 🙏🏽 all at once, I needed a plumber quick and I Google and your company pop up and I called n (Dana r Diana)? answer the phn told her the problem n she was pleasant and professional, so she stated that she would reach out to the dispatched and 10 min later she called back and said it will be her r a dispatch, 40 min later a technician call (Myles) said he will be there n 25 minhe did. Myles was Courteous, professional, informed, experienced on what the issues was. Myles gave me the pros/cons to fix it n suggestions how to resolve as well.My issues was fix n the price was reasonable. I will b using Max Plumbing company again. Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

These guys are the best. Every time I have used them they did great work. Took good care of me. So glad they are in Fort Worth.

The gentleman that showed up was very professional. He explained the entire process to me and showed me the broken pieces and how the whole system worked. He gave me some pointers on what to look for during the winter and summer in case of leaks or broken pipes. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Fischer and Boone is a very respectable and value driven company. They take their work to heart and want to leave an impression of quality.

The technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. But when I booked the appointment I was told a low and high cost for the appointment. I was expecting to pay the higher amount but then was told because he had to go from roof to clean out the cost was $150 above the highest cost. If you call them be sure and ask for costs associated with roof clean out also. He did take care of the problem and charged me $50 less than what he first told me. Not sure if I would use them again. Expensive!!
