I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

I've known the owners for 10+ years and they have always been wonderful friends so it's only natural that I called them when my water heater had little to no pressure. However, when I went to book I did so through their automated service since I enjoy supporting my friends companies and wasn't looking for any favors. The service sent me a response with when I should expect someone as well as their name. The service was next level from the crew that I'd never met before. They did everything they could to keep me from having to buy a new water heater and now I've got more pressure than I've ever had, all while having a great conversation. 15/10, would recommend time and time again! Excellent customer service

Brian and Hilton came at my call for a clogged drain. They were the second plumbers I had reached out to. They provided 5x the service of the other guys at an excellent price. I will not hesitate to contact them for any plumber related needs I have in the future. Excellent service!

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! I also appreciate Caleb cleaning up everything before he left. Thanks Cody and Caleb!

Very efficient, but costly for service.

Josue was prompt, friendly and thorough. He was very careful not to track dirt in, putting booties over his shoes and laying a drop cloth from the door to the ac/heating closet. He explained everything he was doing and was extremely courteous. Since mine was a recent install, he checked to be sure everything was done correctly, checked each vent throughout the house to assure proper airflow, checked the filter and checked for traces of carbon monoxide gas. Before leaving he gave me an estimate for duct cleaning, in which I was interested, and explained membership in the Comfort Club, in which I was not. No pressure, just answers. :)

Zachary Meador did an AWESOME job unclogging my kitchen sink. Doctor Pipe was the first plumbing company that arrived to unclog the sink. The technician stated he could not unclog my drain without additional money and left. I immediately called ARS and the technician assured me that he would unclog the drain. I am so thankful for a company’s like this. They’re informative, pleasant, and professional. I wouldn’t use any other plumbing company after this awesome experience.
