After calling around 4 different places I called texas slab leak repair and couldn't of been happier the bid it and the bid is guaranteed for three years they were on time very professional I would recommend them to anybody honestly plumbers are so blahhh but these guys really set the bar thanks again

I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

Had a major issue with our franchise business and called Drain One. It was a big job as we flooded, but Wow. Their crew came out within 15 minutes and told me it was not what I thought. Save me a couple thousand. Hard to find honest plumbing companies out there , but Drain One was nothing but honest and took care of it the same day. We were up and running within a couple hours. Hire these guys if you want fast, efficient, and top notch service. Thanks.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Call them. They are reasonably priced and do a good job without trying to up-sale you. This review is also for me, to remember to call them again.
My sewer drain needs roots cleaned ever few years. I called ABC Plumbing after I made a mistake and used another plumber that didn't do the job properly. Daryl and his son Chris came out. I'm fairly confident, they did a good job. I wasn't able to watch, as I was on the phone with the VA but unlike the other company, he said he would go back and forth and clean out the roots. (The other company was only going through twice, the second time was only at behest, and they didn't do that thoroughly). These guys were everything the other company wasn't. As far as the job, it's been a few weeks and the toilet is no longer bubbling when I take a shower. So heads and shoulders above the first company, that charged me much more.

I used this company for a new house build.... Pressure tank relocation and install, water heater install with drains and supply lines, waste water ventilation, 3 toilet installs, sink drains, and bath tub install with faucet and shower head. I was very impressed when they showed up and gave me answers on the spot for the time it would take and a price. Will not hesitate to call them for my next project!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
