If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. I was having a challenge with the sewer. Craig worked me in and brought his camera. He found breaks in the line with tree roots. The entire sewer line had to be dug out. That is when Craig found the entire sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced. He did the job in record time with the knowledge needed. He was professional, and courteous through out the whole job. I am so grateful and thankful he was willing to handle such an extensive job. Thank you Craig and you will be the first person I will call for any plumbing needs.
