AAA is sent to me by my water heater warranty. But the whole encounter was very pleasant and smooth. Angie from the office and the plumber Brandon both very nice, polite and have good customer manner. Brandon is very efficient, punctual and professional. Highly recommend AAA service.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

The estimation of a leak of a water pipe is $2,900 plus!!! This is a ripped off price. I called another company and the estimation was only $300. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes. This company is not recommended. Stay away from this company.I only used it for estimation and did not approve the estimation. The estimation fee was charged for $59.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

Philip and Clayton did excellent work, very professional. They kept us in the loop, cleaned up afterwards and our bathroom faucets look wonderful now. I recommend ABC plumbing for anybody looking for a good work at a good price

My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. They got it done, working almost nonstop in this Texas heat. I highly recommend them for their work ethic and honesty.

Wow. My evaporator coil lasted 3 whole years. And don’t tell me that it was the condenser, because you installed that too. Your company uses junk parts at inflated prices. I’ll never use you again!
