James and the team were straight forward and fast when I needed to replace a water heater. They worked diligently to remove the old tank despite it not fitting through the attic opening. Im thankful for their work!

Set up my appointment for service online. A tech was available and was arrived at my house in less than two hours, and the job was done (and done WELL) in a quick manner.

Call in Metro Energy Saver Arl. TX, 11/12/18 because of a dead blower motor in the air handler unit. Hebert replaced the motor for $872.00 - No problem with this service. He then check the rest of the unit and stated that the 2 capacitor (S Multitap Capacitor and Compressor saver kit) will need to be replaced for $345.00/each = $690.00. Did not know any better and agreed to have it replace. Asked for the old part back. It is a Lenox C65R 440VAC 45+ 10MFD +/- 5% part # 100335-15. Found out that this part can be obtain for around $35-$60 each. Don't mind to pay double or even a bit more but 1000% marked up :-)). Call them twice and Stephen (mgr) supposed to call back but never heard back from them. On further review at Google, notice that my experience was not the the only one.- should have checked the reviews before agreeing. Just want people to be aware.Follow up: My comment has to do with the 1000% marked up. He already came at the same time for the repair of the motor of the air handler, so not that he has to make another trip. Just be aware.

Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.
