Best Repair Faucet in Arlington TX

I honestly can not say enough great things about Max Mechanical ! Everyone from the office staff, the tech, to the owner, truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. Not to mention they are always quick to respond ( I have used them about 3-4 times over the last 10yrs and I have referred numerous friends to them), they always resolve my issues very quickly, and always have beat other companies prices. The last time I used their services, 1 month ago, the tech came and had to basically fix some DIY repairs we had tried and failed at miserably. He came the same day I called, he got to the house and went straight to work, repaired the problem, cleaned the outside unit up, and was gone in less than 2hrs. Again, great customer service, great work and I recommend them to everyone I know. 5 stars!

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. It floors me that I am the first person to write a Google review for this fantastic company! I am a single mom and first time homeowner. Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed. So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

Plumbing disaster on a Saturday afternoon...every one else said next week except these guys ....we got functional by 8pm Saturday evening...
By Wednesday we got FIXED...50 years of tree roots and sludge out of the way. Three guys in total....absolutely perfect customer service...polite...knowledgeable....attentive...

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Amazing!!! We were referrred through a very good friend. Drain One came out and looked at our issue. We had a pipe leaking from the slab and they can in and assessed the situation and fixed the issue within 4 and 1/2 hours. Very professional and efficient, clean and affordable! Call them first!!!!
