James and Jacob performed exceptual work despite very difficult conditions. Winter Storm Elliott arrived the same day work began. In three days they replumbed the entire house, brought all plumbing features up to current building codes fully insulated every line and left me extremely pleased that Dial One Johnson Plumbing was the firm chosen for this project. The cost was very reasonable also.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Able was incredibly kind and willing to answer all of our questions from the beginning of the process to the very end. The crew, along with Able, came to the house and were extremely careful to cover all the floors where they would be working. Before leaving, they cleaned-up everything (including some papers and packaging that blew into our the neighbors yard) and made sure that we were satisfied with the work they did. We would use Able and his crew again if we ever have a need. Thank you, Able!

The crew was early, promptly found the issue, then made me aware what exactly was going on and all my options with dealing with the city, and what to expect.. I am grateful for the services they provided. The price for everything they did and had to do I feel I underpaid . We had our main water line break under the middle of our driveway, of course on a Saturday, in 100+ degree heat. Skyler and Daniel came out promptly to access and tirelessly worked to get a new main line ran. They were thorough in explaining the process and what to expect as well as remained professional throughout the entire job. Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Needed a drain cleared on a Sat afternoon. They arrived within an hour and got it fixed fast at a reasonable cost

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. Thank You Chris Rodriguez for your honesty! That goes a long way and very hard to find!

I was having a challenge with the sewer. Craig worked me in and brought his camera. He found breaks in the line with tree roots. The entire sewer line had to be dug out. That is when Craig found the entire sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced. He did the job in record time with the knowledge needed. He was professional, and courteous through out the whole job. I am so grateful and thankful he was willing to handle such an extensive job. Thank you Craig and you will be the first person I will call for any plumbing needs.
