Water heater went out in the middle of the night on a Thursday and leaked water all over the place. Daniel from Black Tie plumbing was able to come out Friday morning and replace it that day. I was deathly afraid that I would have a huge mess as my water heater was in a second floor closet which meant it had to be carried across carpet to the downstairs. Daniel was amazingly clean and managed to quickly install the new heater with no mess whatsoever in getting the old one out and the new one in. He also made the needed updates to bring the house back in to code. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend these guys.

Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. The crew was early, promptly found the issue, then made me aware what exactly was going on and all my options with dealing with the city, and what to expect.. I am grateful for the services they provided. The price for everything they did and had to do I feel I underpaid . They will definitely be my first call for anything regarding plumbing new and old in the future.

Only complaint was guys had muddy boots that had dried out so I had dirt all over my home gym (which is near the water heater they were repairing) but wasn't inside and easily swept away.

Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

Christian was AWESOME! I did not have time to wait for maintenance at my apartment and he was here quickly and absolutely CRUSHED it!!! I have people coming in to stay with me tonight, and they have to leave in the morning. My tub would not drain. He fixed it. Happy customer. Great guy!!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Very professional and down to earth LICENSE plumbers. This company is our go-to for all plumbing needs and, we have had quite a few issues with a house built in 1969. They are cost effective and stellar quality of work.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.

Looks like I'm not the only one to experience driving concerns and getting hung up as well. Great quality customer service with this one.
