We used this company for plumbing services. The plumber, Thomas, was professional and very skilled. He fixed our sink very effectively. I would definitely use this plumber again.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

We woke up Sunday with two to five inches of water over 3/4 of our home, We have never had anything like this happen ever,in our 46 years of married life.We called several companies but Roter Rooter was the only one that could come out that day.As traumatized as we were,from the very beginning we were made to feel that they could resolve our issues.’The very first plumber who arrived at our home was professional,wore ppe and answered all questions and we had many.William spearheaded the team and even assisted with the insurance claim process,and hotel accommodations as well.Justin arrived on the scene and he couldn’t be more competent decent and professional.I am a pack rat but he made me feel that I was a collector who was organized and had pathways amidst my collections.😉Justin and his team handled our things with kid gloves,stayed the extra hours and was there when we couldn’t be,to answer any and all questions from other contractors. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Very professional and down to earth LICENSE plumbers. This company is our go-to for all plumbing needs and, we have had quite a few issues with a house built in 1969. They are cost effective and stellar quality of work.

I had a leaking toilet and BVP was recommended by a friend. All fixed the next day, great job and very reasonable price. I asked for a quote to replace all flexi pipe fittings under the sink and bathrooms. I was curious as I'd just had them replaced in my son's house. BVP's price was ONE THIRD of a well known Gold Coast plumbing company!!! All done 3 working days later.
I can recommend them highly enough!
