Mr. Booker's team showed up promptly to handle our disastrous water meter issue. Zane and Issac were lifesavers. They were knowledgeable, fast, and Mr. Booker himself showed up to inspect the work! 10/10 all day, every day.

Matt at Blacktie was a lifesaver for me and my family. Our water heater went out in the middle of the recent cold snap and all other companies were quoting it would be 2 weeks before anyone could come out, Matt had his team out in 2 days! Thank you Matt!

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. Iâve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, theyâve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said theyâd have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
âLeak detection expertsâ = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate theyâd solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didnât check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Broâs instead.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

We have used this company for many years. Have always been happy with their service. When our hot water heater sprung a leak they came out the same day to make a temporary repair so we still had hot water until we could schedule a full replacement.

I really like how the service team showed up in the window I was told. Daryl and Clay were super polite and professional. They replaced both of my water heaters with no surprise additional charges. I would certainly recommend them for plumbing needs.

Recently, my home service warranty company called out Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain on my behalf. The two-man team arrived promptly and cleared the drain quickly. During this time they performed a camera inspection and told me they found a break in the line and an offset of the pipes which was causing the problem. The technician also told me that the outflow pipe was not longer up to code and would need to be changed. He told me that this section alone was a major repair and could exceed $5000.00. According to him, they would also need to repair the break farther into the yard. Needless to say, the cost of this repair would come close to exceeding the maximum insurance coverage. The Roto-Rooter tech also promoted the services of the water damage repair service heavily, telling me my insurance would pay for the cleanup. (home-owners insurance)Per the agreement with Homeserve, Roto-Rooter needed to submit the quote and the camera documentation to the warranty company before I could get approval for the repair. Here's where the trouble begins. A day or so later, the technician dropped off the repair quote on my doorstep and told me that I needed to contact the warranty company myself. When I contacted Homeserve, they told me this was not my responsibility, it was Roto Rooters. Even after repeated calls from the warranty company to Roto-Rooter, they could not get Roto-Rooter to provide the camera inspection. I even provided the direct business phone for the technician. Still, the camera with the documentation of the breaks, seemed to have magically disappeared. This delay continued for a couple of weeks before I began to question the accuracy of the inspection by Roto-Rooter and their apparent difficulty with producing the inspection. At this time both the home warranty company and I determined it would be best to have a new contractor come out and perform a new inspection. When the new company arrived, I learned that there was nothing wrong with the out flow area, that it did not need to be replaced. Neither was there a problem in the area marked by the Roto Rooter tech, nor was there a pipe offset. The actual problem was farther into the yard which the new technician clearly demonstrated with the camera. Once the new company submitted the claim the job was approved within one day.Today was the final straw. I just received a bill in the mail for over $658.00 dollars. It is addressed to Home Serve (the warranty company) with my address. Seriously?A word of advice to other homeowners. Be very cautious of this national chain with their inflated prices and services. If you receive a high-priced quote with expense repairs, consider getting a second opinion. You might save yourself a mint!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.
But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Iâm not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she wouldâve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She couldâve severely hurt my family and I. Iâm an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. Iâll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isnât to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

We had our sink back up when using the dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was Friday after and I had called a bunch of other plumbers who didn't have time to come out until the next week. Roto Rooter said they could have someone come by in 1-2 hours. Had a call before they came almost 2 hours to the time they said. They pulled apart the pipes under my sink to try to clear the clog but were unable to reach the clog. As one plumber was putting together the pipes under my sink again the other was up on the roof going through the roof vent. The price was still the same quoted even after all the work needed. Definitely going with roto rooter for future work.

Craig called me back right away, was very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. He got the work done very professionally and overcame several challenges and maintained his quoted price. I was very pleased with the service!

Great service! John and Mary are a husband and wife team. They came and replaced a bad wall valve and toilet valve with all new parts. They didn't waste time and made sure the job was done right.
