The bath tub cold water faucet was leaking badly. I called All Complete on Monday & they were out on Thursday morning. He replaced the stems & seats. It took him less than 20 minutes all told. He did both the hot & cold faucets. They both work like brand new. I am very pleased with the fast response, excellent work, and how affordable it was.

They are price gouging. Charging up to $450 an hour to replace a tankless hot water heater. Coming to the neighborhood on Sunday so they can charge more. Going door to door to get business

I had an emergency where my main line backed up. I called KMP and they were out to my house within an hour and a 1/2 on a Saturday late afternoon. My plumbing issue was fixed by 530pm. In addition they did not charge extra for a emergency call. The plumber was very friendly and courteous. Also they have discounts but you will need to ask for them. Thanks to the plumber that came out and to KMP for ensuring fast and speedy service. Yall are life saver!!!!

This is the 1st time ABC plumbing was one hour late to arrive . I was told by the dispatcher that they would be at my house between 2 and 4 PM. When scheduling this appointment with the dispatcher, I explained that the plumbers would need to bring a new water hydrant for replacement of my current water hydrant in the front yard. There was a miscommunication by the dispatcher for not giving this information to the plumbers.. Therefore, when the plumbers Identified they did not have a new hydrant in the truck
they had to go to Ace to purchase one. I don't blame the plumbers, I blame dispatch for not passing on the message to the plumber to bring a new hydrant with them. Regardless, of this information above I will still continue to use ABC plumbing. I have used ABC plumbing for several jobs that I've needed to have completed and they've always done a really good job. Thank you!!!

Attention Roto-Rooter,LIC# MPL18279 James R YoungbloodFAALB20528ED-MHehelRoto-Rooter provided an estimate for the slow running hot water in the tub. The plumber took two hours and charged my card $599.98 . When I questioned the price gouging the plumber advise Roto-Rooter charges $299.98 per hour!!! I was chocked that I was not informed prior to the $599.98 invoice.I spoke with supervisor Allen who advised he would speak with his managers to see what could be done about the inflated labor charges and he did not reconcile.P.S.Being transparent is the best business practice. Consumers BEWARE!! Unfair business practices.Veronica

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
