Best Plumbing Maintenance Services in Arlington TX

Receptionist and tech were very polite but let's be honest, this business is just another of the hvac racket. Tech changed a transformer and billed $235 for the part. I found the same part online for $82 (probably cost half that from the Trane supply store on New York Ave) Was then told it may need a new inducer motor and that would run between $600-$800...haha the sad thing is people pay this much everyday because they don't know any better and it's more difficult to get parts if you're not licensed. I did decline further attempts at a repair. Nearly five hundred dollars later the furnace still doesn't work and no definite solution to the problem, but who can afford exploratory service at that markup! Again, it's not just this company, it's the whole industry. I have no problem with the service call fee, or the hourly fee, but let's replace parts at least near what they cost...to me that would be the Christian thing to do for a Christian based company. To those of you who are happy with your service I'm happy for you, but if you knew how badly you were swindled by these companies you would be pissed as well...but hey, maybe I can wrap this invoice up and give it to my kids for Christmas!

After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. I got Big Bear recommended from a neighbor on the HOA Facebook page. I called, got an appointment same day, they showed up on time, and fixed the problem without any upsell. That's as good as it gets. The problem was more complicated than just the igniter or flame sensor, so I definitely needed a pro.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
