Company followed up on concern accordingly, took responsibility, and fixed damage with very professional work. There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

Very knowledgeable family business

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

These people are great! Skyler and Jayden got to our home AHEAD of time, fixed our issue quickly, and left the area very clean! They were both personable yet professional, and answered all questions. On top of that, ABC'S pricing was very reasonable, and they guarantee their work. These guys are our new plumbers!

Bryon and his team know what they have to do, and get it done in a timely manner. They test and clean after themselves when they complete a job. I have used Bryon for years now and he is fair with what they have to do. Just a small business that cares about you and wants to help in any way possible. You will be satisfied!

We had a leak in our bathroom, and we called to see if they serviced mobile homes. They were out to our home within an hour of calling them. The tech gave us a quote, we agreed, and an hr later he was done. He was very friendly, and made sure that we were satisfied with the work that he did. Randy did a great job. Showed up as scheduled, wearing a mask, and explained what he was looking for as he did the work. He showed me what went wrong, what caused it, and then fixed it so it wouldn’t happen again. He also showed me some things to do to lessen the wear and tear on the system.

Keith did an excellent job with the maintenance of the HVAC system! He explain everything that was going. Also I must say, the customer service was awesome! Thank you again Keith.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
