Wow, a breath of fresh to deal with this company. We had an issue on a new build after over a year which Horizon had plumbed, Philip came over (such an amazing professional) and effectively and efficiently identified a failure major leak. It was identified to be a warranty issue which Justin and the team dealt with promptly, arranging for the plumbing repair, restoration and drywall repair. I am truly a promoter for this company. I know this is glowing but really it was that good!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I called them on a Monday (5/6/19) and set up an appointment with them for a service call for Wednesday, between 8:00am and 11:00am. Jean said that they would call me 30 minutes prior to them showing up. I took the day off work and waited for them. Absolutely nothing ... NO one showed up, NO phone call, NO apology, NO nothing. I guess that maybe they went out of business in those two days. I ending up calling a GOOD company who serviced my system the next day. I strongly advise AVOIDING Metro Energy Savers. Thanks for nothing.

Recently had a cold water leak underneath slab, two companies attempted to locate leak but were unsuccessful. A friend recommended RCA Plumbing LLC, when Kyle arrived with his assistant Wyatt they went right to work and were able to pin point the leak location and provided a plan of action to fix cold water slab leak. Highly recommend this company they’re great.

I needed a hydrostatic test performed at last minute for a realtor and tried all other companies, but none of them could fit me in at short notice. Travis at Bow Tie Plumbing answered my call and was able to take fit my customer into his busy day and saved the deal. He was very nice , professional, and easily communicated the process with me. I will use them for future projects.

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

Don the Plumber did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. They were on time, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced (compared to other quotes we received) I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them

My mom told me who she had found, and I looked them up right away and I was impressed with the google reviews hoped that I got the same service. Let me say I was very pleased, they were on time, came in assessed the problem and told us what to expect and the time frame, I feel like they were done in a matter of minutes. Brad and Daniel did an excellent job, and then when we asked about other services that we were thinking of they didn't try to get out of there or make us feel like we were just another job, they told us pricing and everything. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
