45 minutes late (not on time) to my appointment but the tech was very professional, He says everything is fine after a throughly inspection. He did try to sell anymore service and did accept the coupon.

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Larry and his guys are great plumbers. Twice they have come out to fix things that I broke. The third time they came out to the house i just called them first. So if you want your plumbing leak call me. If you want it fixed right the first time call the guys a Larry Stinson plumbing.

We've been requesting quotes for a recirculating pump. Not only were the representatives of Black Tie less professional looking than all the others, they quoted us 5 times as much for the same work. Needless to say we won't be using them.

Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing. My initial contact was with Gary Lasiter. When you call a plumber you immediately worry with the costs. This was not my concern as we had gas leak and Gary was the ultimate professional, calmly leading us through every step with assuring confidence. Within 12 hours we met Juan who was so methodical, personable and expertly located the leak and it was fixed. They took care of everything for us and I cannot speak more highly of their business and personal approach. Cannot beat this company and will always use them. Oh, and the costs were fair for what was needed.

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I called at 9:15am on New YEAR Eve, they were here 2hrs later, and job was done 30mins after they walked in. We were replacing a leaky 15yo MOEN Kitchen faucet with a modern MOEN with Sensor.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!
