Best Plumbing Camera Inspection in Arlington TX

The whole experience was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Work done was exceptional. Technician (TJ) was professional and did an absolutely amazing job. They do amazing work and do not leave any mess behind. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I have used this company for repairs for over 10 years.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

This company truly cares about their customer and they really came though to help me get through the process of getting my natural gas service restored with quality repairs and testing.
Will not hesitate to call them for my future needs. Highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Charged $730.00 for two hours worth of work and $30.00 worth of parts. It took three days for Michelle to return my call (ironically the amount of time it took the check to clear) and the response I was given was Well that is what we charge, what do you expect me to do about it.

No customer service and they charge two to three times what a normal plumber would charge. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else that won't rip you off.

I had a really great experience with Horizon Plumbing. Our leaking pipe was fixed and our technician was excellent. The customer service this company provides is wonderful. Highly recommended!
