Fraud and ripoff. You purchased some good reputable companies like Charlie’s Plumbing and Rocket Rooter and destroyed any chance of me ever using Max Air again! $730 to pull a toilet and snake the line? Pure theft you crooks!!! I will do it myself if I have to! What’s worse is I’m going to tell everyone I know for the rest of my like what crooks you are!

Horrific work. I will attach photos of the drainage pipe they repaired under my restroom which required tunneling and the previous owners to spend 13k. The flange and the drain pipe were not even connected under the house, which meant all waste was accumulating under my house. Obviously I called a competent plumber to come out and fix the issue for the small fee of $3,100. I have contacted BBB of Board of Plumbing Examiners. I will update as they complete their investigations. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company. I also find their relationship with PermaPier curious at minimum.

Notice the large void under the concrete where soil should be. I believe the dirt was not packed in well when they were done tunneling and as water and feces piled up in that hole, it slowly settled, creating a much more large whole.

Blacktie has stated they will accept no responsibility for the work they did because I did not call them first. WHY WOULD I CALL THEM? Their work was sub par to begin with. They want to do the ol' warranty dance, nothing is more off putting, they know they did this work regardless of whether I had previous owners transfer warranty or not.

Michael was super professional and explained the whole process to me. He even checked the plumbing three times to double check nothing was wrong. I will be calling Master Repair/Michael for all my plumbing needs.

It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

Three months of very low cold water pressure on mb shower and tub and downstairs washer only, and 2 plumbers later, Chase and crew troubleshoot and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Turns out a water heater nob fell off and blocked line. Our go-to plumber from now on.

Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. We had a kitchen sink that was not draining. I called Direct Source Plumbing and Wes arrived on-time wearing a clean uniform. Wes had a friendly and professional attitude explaining everything that needed to be done and the price associated with the work. Wes completed the work and the sink now works perfectly.
