Aaron did a very professional job inspecting both of my units furnace and compressors and well explain the maintenance and small issues he fix nor adjusted.

Cory Valdez was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He answered the question at hand, fielded numerous other side questions and curiosities I had, and was quick and respectful all the way through. I will continue to come back with service like that!

Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected.

I was disappointed that the plumber didn't perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water.

You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair.

The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out.

A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadn't performed the hard work.

Great experience. Needed a leak detection completed and it was done quickly and ahead of schedule. The issue was not as bad as I anticipated and Pedro fixed it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using Black Tie

We have used ABC Plumbing on a couple of occasions, and both times we have been very happy with the work performed along with the price to do it. One was a leak in our master bathroom, the other was for a leak outside from an underground pipe.

In both instances, they charged very reasonable (low) prices and were very professional and prompt. We will use them for any needs in the future and I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you run into.

Called to report one of the drivers flying down Country Club. Which isn’t something I regularly do but he was going so fast it was concerning.

Me: hi, how do I report one of your drivers?
Him: what?
Me: (repeats question)
Him: I am the driver. What’s your problem?
Me: you were flying down Country Club.
Him: So?
Me: so you were going at least 50.
Him: and?
Me: so the speed limit is 40 and school just let out so it was 20.
Him: ok. *hangs up*

Being a decent human being is acting kind.

If you can’t do these things AND you’re in charge of a business, I hope people will see this and choose wisely. If someone cuts corners with the law, is rude to a stranger proving honest feedback in good faith, what corners will they cut with you?

I believed my toilet wasn't flushing properly & it was leaking around the upper bowl. That was fixed & he showed me how & why my toilet didn't have a flush issue. Good job!
