I highly recommend this company. They were out the day after I called. The plumber was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The work was completed same day. Thank you for repairing my leak and installing a new hot water tank.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

ABC plumbing was a life saver. We had a burst pipe and they drove through the snow and ice to come fix it for us. Michael and Taylor were great, very professional and got the job done quickly. They also were very informative and showed us exactly what happened and how, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing. Thanks to Michael and Taylor, we got our water back after only 2 days.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. We have used All Masters Plumbing for the last year or so, and have been really happy with them. We've even referred family and friends to them. My husband is a Disabled Vet, and they have always taken care of us. Each time they have come out, we've been told that our main sewer line needed to be repaired.The first quote we got was from a guy named Austin for $1200 to fix the break in the sewer line. At the time, we couldn't have it fixed, but we did call back when we were ready, and we were told that Austin no longer worked there and they couldn't honor that quote because he wasn't qualified to give quotes for jobs like that and because the quote was a few months older. We totally understood.Our sewer backed up again a few months later, so we had another technician by the name of Rueben come out to clear it out and give us a new quote. While he was here, he informed us that we had two breaks, one in the yard and one under the driveway. He quoted us $2900 for them to come and fix them both.This Monday, my husband called to make sure they would still honor that quote to come fix our sewer line. The woman on the phone looked up the quote and told him they would. That being said, my husband let her know that he was going to go ahead and secure the loan for this job after they hung up.Coincidentally, our sewer line backed up that night, so we had them come out yesterday (Tuesday) to clear it out. While the technicians were here, they marked the yard and driveway up so when the crew came out, they knew where to dig. Apparently, while they were doing their markings, the older tech noticed that the quote we were given (and had already secured the loan for) was severely underbid, so he called their boss, Doug. Because there was an issue with the quote, we were told that Doug would be out here today (Wednesday) to speak with us about the issue and probably do his own measurements.That didn't happen. When I answered the door, I fully expected Doug, instead was greeted by a young man who handed me a piece of paper, and says, I was told to tell you this is your new quote. Without knowing much about the situation and on his way to another appointment, he was told to drop this quote off to us. Doug didn't even have the decency to show up himself to speak with us about this new $11,000 quote and why they wouldn't honor the quote originally given to us.My husband and I called the office and spoke with Doug. He was less than apologetic and severely unsympathetic to the issue. He tells us that Reuben was fired for underquoting jobs and he's lost money for that reason. When we told him that we had already secured the loan, he tells us, Well, you can just give it back to them. Yeah, we realize that, but that isn't the point. Doug didn't even come out to look at it himself, and didn't have the decency to call us to explain anything!The fact that your company hired someone who didn't know how to measure or quote properly is not our problem. We were told Monday that the quote would be honored, so we took a loan out and now we are being told that we are gonna have to pay $11,000 more to get the job done, that is absurd! Then he tells my husband, Well, you don't have to use us! Are you kidding me!!?? We won't use your company and we will make sure to give it bad reviews on every platform possible! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HIRE INEXPERIENCED AND UNDERQUALIFIED TECHNICIANS AND WON'T HONOR ANY QUOTE GIVEN BY FORMER EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL FIND AN ISSUE WITH ANY QUOTE GIVEN.
