Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

They actually showed up early. Work was done very quickly. Very professional and explained everything as they went along. I will definately use KMP in the future.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I have used these guys once & I referred them to a friend of mine once and I couldn't be happier. I had a slab leak and I had already jack hammered my concrete to expose the problem. I tried to sweat on a new piece but it just wouldn't take. I called these guys and they came out and within 30 minutes they had the problem fixed!!! My other buddy had his sewer backing up on him. One company came out, cleaned out the line but also saw there was a bunch of roots running into it and they were going to charge them a crazy amount of money to repair, PLUS they said there was a crack in the line out near the street and to repair that was going to cost an additional $1500. I referred them to Oasis, they scoped the pipe and did say the previous company did do a great job of cleaning it out, there wasn't a crack by the street.

To save my buddy some money, they told him to excavate the soil around the pipe with the roots in it to expose that pipe and they would knock off a significant amount of money. My buddy didn't tell me how much he saved but he was happy with the savings and the repair.

Paschal are absolute lifesavers! They were out to service our air conditioner the very next day, during the dead of Summer! The repair cost were also HALF the price of what I had quoted to me from 3 other companies, one of which recommended things we didn’t even need! Their service technician Craig was the most knowledgeable, honest and professional individual we’d ever encountered as well. Excellent customer service is so hard to come by these days. Will have them servicing our home for years to come!

Had a wonderful experience with both Meshell and Dillon. I called after 8:00pm and Meshell actually answered the phone. She made the reservation for the next day between 4-6. The next day came and Meshell contacted me that they could get there quicker. Dillon was our plumber and was very respectful and did the job quickly. He also explained everything with my wife. Highly recommend using J Rowe Plumbing. Very professional and trusting all the way around.

Big Bear was recommended to me by McGowan, who serviced my Hot Water Heater. Two good companies. The Technician with Big Bear explained many things on my 9 year old system in a very simple way. His name was Ezekiel and I highly recommend him also. Very nice guy and a great help.

Had a leak from our first bathroom shower into master closet. He found the leak promptly and got us on the schedule to repair it. The pricing is reasonable. The plumber who came out was kind and on time. Highly reccomend!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
