Michael was on time and explained everything very clearly, helping us find and fix a leak in an upstairs fixture. He also flushed a tankless heater and had everything done in a friendly and timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze and they called to let me know/confirm that Michael was on the way. I'm telling you, had a leak around my toliet and I called Max Quality Plumbing and they came to my rescue ASAP! The Plumber fixed the problem, showed me and explained what the problem was and in a very timely manner & fixed it. Great Warranty as well on the fix.
