I called them about a slab repair, they gave me a quote, which was fair. Overall, excellent and fast service.

Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!

They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.

Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!

This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.

Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with their service.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

First off, our plumber was 1 and a half hours late to our 3 hour appointment. Then after finally showing up, they wanted $1000 to clean out a clogged urinal drain. Yes $1000!!! We obviously didn't feel like getting completely ripped off and sent the man on his way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!
$1000?! The world must be filled will enough really gullible people for this company to still be in business. Unbelievable.

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

great to fix the water line to the barn

I've known the owners for 10+ years and they have always been wonderful friends so it's only natural that I called them when my water heater had little to no pressure. However, when I went to book I did so through their automated service since I enjoy supporting my friends companies and wasn't looking for any favors. The service sent me a response with when I should expect someone as well as their name. The service was next level from the crew that I'd never met before. They did everything they could to keep me from having to buy a new water heater and now I've got more pressure than I've ever had, all while having a great conversation. 15/10, would recommend time and time again! This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

Very professional and down to earth LICENSE plumbers. This company is our go-to for all plumbing needs and, we have had quite a few issues with a house built in 1969. They are cost effective and stellar quality of work.
