Best Leak Repair And Plumbing in Arlington TX

I live in California and have properties in Dallas Texas. My tenants called me saying that there was a leak coming up from the ground. I did not know what to do, so I called these plumbers and they came out and repaired the leak under my foundation without breaking concrete. They fixed it by tunneling and did an amazing job AND did not ruin my wooden floors! I'm extremely thankful for that thank you guys !!

While waiting for the inspector and through to out the process of replacing our clay pipes, they continued to check in and make sure things were good. They are awesome about texting with any updates. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
