Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

I am touched by Roy’s kindness and expertise . I have been having problems with my sewer and I called Roy. He was very responsive. Even though he does not perform the type of services I needed, he still came by my place and found my clean out pipe and referred a plumber that could fix it for me. He took his time to help me when he did not have to, and did not ask anything of me. He is super knowledgeable but above all he is kind.

I called yesterday to make an appointment to fixed my clogged bathtub. A really nice lady name Shelly answered my call and took down my contact info. She had given me two options for an appt; one for that evening or the following morning. I was quite suprised that she was still willing to service me that evening even though I had contacted them after 5pm. I figured it would be wise to have them to visit the next day just incase they needed to get parts. This morning Michael and Jordan arrived. They were very professional and polite. They took the time out to listen to my requests and Serviced me in a timely fashion. While they were here I'd ask if Michael would look at my washing machine faucet which has been leaking for a while and he fix it too. He also informed me of a leak at the nozzle of my hose that connect to my washing machine. I was glad he brought it to our attention because it was replaced immediately. I really appreciate honest service and that's what I can genuinely say I received today. They were very relatable, the price for service was reasonable and fair. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Toilet was clogged and I tried everything, but couldn't fix it. Travis came and cleared it within minutes. Amazing work, professionalism, just a good dude. Highly recommend!
