Michael Simpson is an awesome technician - totally capable, competent and committed. To say he’s a valuable asset to KMP would be an understatement. My a/c unit went out when it was 110 @ 7PM on a Friday night. - he was there in less than 2 hours - diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs and everything was back up and running in no time. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly / courteous - I couldn’t be more please w/ the service I rec’d!

Sean and Eli came out today and did a sewage leak detection. They were super professional and courteous. They walked me through the whole process and kept me informed of what they were seeing every step of the way. They made a stressful situation much more palatable. Honest and fair. My AC unit is out and I had them here to price the replacement. I was told I would have a price back by the end of the day and still no price. It is 10:50 pm and no price. While the guy was nice enough, it does not help me to get my AC unit replaced or make a decision. Only gave a star because it made me.

Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

Faulty cutout valve on the washer was diagnosed and repaired within minutes. Serviceman who came into our home couldn't have been more honest, and was one of the easiest interactions I have ever dealt with. If you have any plumbing issues, this company won't let you down.

This review is for the technician Alfonso Fascio. Alfonso was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to do a maintenance check on my two AC units. He answered all the questions and event checked areas of concern I had about my damper motors.Although he wasn’t able to finish due to rain. He told me what to expect I terms of Walker Air following up to reschedule. I will await their call.

Awesome people and service! Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.

Kyle and partner analyzed and nullified a leak cause by poor material with rookie workmanship from previous team.
RCA has us if Kyle is our tech.
