Service was great. Tech was very good and helpful with talking to the water heater warranty people.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. For years we paid monthly for a maintenance agreement on a brand new air conditioner they installed and told us it had a 10 year warranty. But now it's leaking and not cooling and they will not come out to even see what's wrong without charging an $89 service fee. They are not interested in customer service or satisfaction, only in making a buck. I told them we didn't have the $89 but that we'd been paying them monthly fees for years, and now they needed to honor the warranty and I was told, nothing we can do. So, now I have a $5000 air conditioning unit that leaks and doesn't cool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Carlos is punctual, professional, and does a great job. He has fixed my sprinklers and also installed insulation under our doors. He seems to be able to do a little of everything! He will be my go-to guy for property maintenance concerns from now on.

This plumbing repair near me had offered my house the perfect 40-50 gallon gas water heater repair, and for my office, they do the #1 water heater installation unit.

Worst decision we ever made! We paid $15 grand for a brand new unit that doesn’t work correctly and they can’t figure out why! It’s been 2 years since they installed the new unit and every summer since we’ve had issues. Anytime we drop the temp the temp in the house jumps up a degree. For instance, when my husband came home today he dropped the temp from 73 to 72 and the temp has continued to rise in the house. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP UP! I don’t care how hot it is outside! We paid for an 18 seer but the unit outside says 15 seer but they are certain it’s an 18?!?! Also, last year we had them put in another return air thinking perhaps that was the problem. We are STILL having the same problems with the extra return air. Oh, and , we had to pay for it too even though it was the salesman fault because he neglected to tell us when he sold us the unit. Our house is only 1400 square feet this new unit should be able to keep up and it doesn’t. We’ve had numerous technicians out here and they continue to tell us that nothing is wrong. CLEARLY SOMETHING IS WRONG! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the misery and go with another company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Our ARS plumber, John, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and careful. I called because we had a leaking toilet with a broken water cutoff valve. He was sent the same day, because an uncontrolled leak is an emergency call. I let him know that our other 2 toilets also had broken cutoff valves and issues with running. He replaced all 3 valves, rebuilt 2 of the toilets, and replaced parts to repair the third. Pricing was transparent, since he looked in his pricing book while he wrote up the estimate and explained everything to me. He was great at listening to my needs and giving me options. Now I have 3 toilets that work like new. I will definitely use them again.

I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
