Today I had an employee from KMP Plumbing to visit my home. He understood customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He advised me that what I thought I needed (higher price) wasn’t necessary. He advised me on what I needed. Being female I have found that I am always sold something I don’t need, a female tax. He also came prepared with a mask and practiced social distancing. If you need help with plumbing, I highly recommend KMP. You can’t go wrong, I promise you.

Response time was great, tech was friendly.I was quoted $1,700 to repair a blower motor with a 6 day lead time. I was able to source and replace the part for $360 after tax, installed it myself, it was just 4 screws.I was also quoted by Metro that they could replace the inside unit for $4,600 the next day if I did not want to wait 6 days for the motor. I felt that I was being bated into replacing my unit unnecessarily.On the brightside my wife now respects me.Thanks for the $76 diagnostic though.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.
