Tommy was the nicest, most honest plumber I've ever used, did the best job I could have asked for. I won't use anybody else but him from now on.

One of my kids dropped a pencil in our toilet causing a clog. I called ACE at 9 am and by 3 pm everything was fixed. When does same day service happen like that anymore? Very nice staff, responsive and affordable. Would call them again without hesitation.

I’m have an emergency plumbing stoppage ( with guest ) , Mr Booker came out and was able to fix the plumbing stoppage, also looked at my garage disposal and camera the lines. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable of his work. I highly recommend this company.

Outdoor rain/water drainage system installation

It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

This company is reliable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

Duffy, was pleasant to deal with. He was here on time, identified the problems, shared his knowledge on the issue at hand, was patient while I asked him questions and provided valuable information to help me make a decision. I greatly appreciated his help, and while I hope I do not need additional help beyond our needed repairs, I was pleased with his service. I would highly recommend KMP to other individuals.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Joe came out on a Saturday to rebuild the hot water manifold for a tub. He was timely, professional, and courteous. Very happy with his service.

They had serious issues with the correct installation of my tub faucet. they sent a manager named Ray out to fix it it's fixed now. Should have been done right the first time.

ABC plumbing was a life saver. We had a burst pipe and they drove through the snow and ice to come fix it for us. Michael and Taylor were great, very professional and got the job done quickly. They also were very informative and showed us exactly what happened and how, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing. Thanks to Michael and Taylor, we got our water back after only 2 days.
