We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Our old water heater rusted through. My husband called Tankless Gas Water Heaters immediately and they were at our house with a new water heater in the same day. They are very professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them above anyone else in the Arlington area.

We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.
$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

I've been using Williams Home Maintenance, Inc for almost 20 years and find that they have always been professional, responsive, on time and their work is good quality. I would recommend them to others. I have not used them recently due to the coronavirus pandemic, but need to schedule their services as soon as the pandemic clears.

Carlos is punctual, professional, and does a great job. He has fixed my sprinklers and also installed insulation under our doors. He seems to be able to do a little of everything! He will be my go-to guy for property maintenance concerns from now on.

Had a bathtub slow drain since Sunday and tried every super unclog liquid there was and no avail. Submitted an call request last night and the customer service rep called me and told me that a tech would arrive between 3p.m.-7p.m. Sure enough Ben came @ 4:00p.m. & was done by 4:30p.m. had to use the snake to remove the obstruction. Now I can use my tub again. Oh and I received fifty dollars off my service. Game winner 💯
