Best Heater Problems in Arlington TX

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

Don was exceptional, cordial, and professional all in one. He arrived on time and was able to quickly deduce the source of the leak and make the necessary repairs. We love using KMP for any plumbing issues!

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

We just moved in our new home and unfortunately every waterline in our house was backing up. Called Roto-Rooter about 8:30 and they were out at 11 that morning. The plumber was professional and worked for hours to get out lines clear. Unfortunately it took them awhile but they were persistent to make sure every line was fixed. My washing machine line kept backing up and overflowing in my laundry room. The plumber mopped and cleaned it every time. (I’m 8 months pregnant or I would have done it) My water heater also went out and the plumber was able to get it going again. I’m so glad I called them! They are true experts and first class professionals!

I emailed Roy over the weekend when he was closed about a leaking disposal. Surprisingly he responded back to me on a Saturday evening and we discussed my issue and the price. He came over first thing Monday morning to replace my leaking disposal. While he was here I asked him to check out the pipes under the same sink because I had some prior leaks and wasn't sure if it was related to disposal or not. He went above and beyond and took all the pipes apart, cleaned out some and replaced one that was too short and put it all back together. He'd hoped he wouldn't have to take out the basket strainer in the sink so he left it as it was to test everything. The non disposal side was leaking. He ended up resetting the basket strainer that hadn't been set in straight when sink was replaced which appears to have fixed the leak. He was very friendly and easy going and willing to fix everything that needed to be fixed even though we hadn't discussed some of the issues originally. I would highly recommend Roy Adams and will definitely use him in the future for all my plumbing needs. I know I got a very good deal for the work he did and he was very pleasant to talk to while he worked. He even answered some other questions I had about my water heater. He was more than fair in his pricing and I know I got better care using him than any bigger more well known company.

We needed two faucets replaced in our home and both were a little tricky! These guys came out and persisted until the job was done. Professional and reasonably priced. You have a customer for life.

Dustin pursued the leaky pipe despite several difficulties. He is knowledgeable, courteous and a good communicator. Bow Tie cut us some slack on the standard pricing, and completed a very complicated job.
