Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

I called a Company called Cody sons that’s is very “professional” to come fix my heater tank and I was told that I need a brand new unit and to get it done it was Around 5k and when I came cross krushteam6 from a friend of mine that who done business with them in the past I called and I scheduled an app for them to come and check it out and they find out the problem within less then a hour and I got it fixed less then 24hr for only few hindered bucks so I highly recommend they are very professional and respectful I will be contacting them for any further work in the future. Our house must have settled a little due to the high temps and no rain this summer. We had a leak under the slab that was seeping water into our neighbor's yard. I called ABC Plumbing for help. Shawn and Jayden came out and did some tests to find the leak and the location. They explained to me all that they did and how they would fix it. It was great to know what they were doing all the way through the repair. They were very professional at what they did and that made my wife very happy. I will recommend them to everyone!

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

Roto-rooter got someone out the day after I set up an online appt and he showed up at the early end of the appt time frame which is always nice. I had a backed up kitchen sink and a toilet that needed fixed and Peter got them up and running in less than an hour while also explaining how to avoid additional issues with the sink. Was quick and professional and cost comparable with what I’ve paid other companies.

We have referred plenty of friends to and they too have nothing but great things to say about the company.Just a word to the wise, this review was written 3 years ago (2019). Prior to a change of name and ownership, I can not make a comment about the current company and ownership.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Don’t ever use this company. They totally ripped off my sister. They are commissioned salesmen masquerading as plumbers. They broke her pipes then sold her a bunch of unneeded fixtures just to increase their prices.

What a great organization. I had to set up a service call for a client who has a service contract for his heat and air. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called and got Monica. She knew my client by name, as soon as I gave her the address. She was so pleasant, set up the call and sent a tech. The tech spent a couple of hours checking out the units . Did not recommend any additional services that were NOT covered , just checked units thoroughly, cleaned and replaced filters, let units run to ensure they were in working, and said all covered under my clients home warranty . Sad to say , I do not really expect great service anymore, but these folks delivered.I will be using them for my own service in the future. Very impressed with the professionalism through the entire process. Monica also explained what was covered and what would not be covered on the initial call. Time consuming for her , but nice to know this info BEFORE the tech comes, and hands you a surprise invoice . Companies who do business like this , deserve to be recognized and patronized . As a norm , I wont post bad reviews , because all companies, have bad days and it hurts the employees who many times have no control over policy so I address less publicly, but when I get really good service, I do my best to make it known!

Ben and Keoni were great! They worked well together and they fixed our 24-year-old plumbing problems! Ben was very experienced and explained everything so we knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their work was exceptional!
