Fantastic job! Bryen was neat, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He used shoe covers and completed a complimentary inspection of plumbing throughout the entire house…explained everything to me and created a spreadsheet of any older valves or parts that I may want to proactively repair in the near future. Completed the service on my gas line by replacing the hose with an upgraded better designed one…and fully checked that everything was good! I am very impressed and it was completely worth the $ to know that everything is connected securely! Will definitely use them again as well as recommending their services to my entire neighborhood.

I think most Texans will remember Feb 2021 for a bit. Frozen, burst pipe kept us without water for a few days. Despite the overwhelming demand the 2021 storm brought, All Masters came out on a Saturday and got us up and running in under two hours. Our technician Reuben was very knowledgeable and efficient. We had a bunch of questions and he had all the answers. Thank y'all so much for the excellent work! I am going to end this post so I can go take a shower :)

Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.

Rip off company. Quoted me $900 with no warranty to repair a pipe that I dug out. I fixed it myself for $10 and it took me 30 minutes. I have heard similar horror stories from others I know.

We Love Williams Home Maintenance!!!! They do excellent work and are always on time...we have been using them for years. We had a rental property and used them for all repairs over there as well...in fact once there was a slight problem with one of the workers and the tenant and the owner (Jerry) not only fixed the problem but gave us a full refund!!!

Carlos did a great job installing a stairway and laying decking in my garage attic as well as some sheet rock repair. He was always on time and cleaned up every day before he left. I have also hired him to take care of my lawn maintenance this year. I would definitely highly recommend him.

These guys were awesome. The repair guy reviewed all our options and helped us conclude that it was time to replace the AC system. The AC install guys were professional, friendly, answered all my stupid questions and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Great job Big Bear!

The Tech. did an excellent job of finding the problem. Then working with us to use a service to diagnose water damage. While allowing us to use cold water while the hot water is being fixed.

I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.
