I went with ABC Plumbing in Sept. 2020 to replace 3 toilets and install a new water heater/circulation pump in our house. They did a great job, plumbers were professional and clearly took pride in their work. If this is where our story ended they'd receive 5/5 stars in this review.

However, recently we've been interested in installing a water softener and replacing our leaky bathtub faucet. I called up ABC Plumbing and they sent someone out. I received a quote from Jason for $325 to remove the tub skirt, install a customer provided faucet and rough in, then reinstall the skirt. It took us several months to decide against a water softener, and in the mean time we ordered the replacement faucet and rough in for the tub. Approximately 6 months after the receiving the original quote, I scheduled the faucet repair with ABC Plumbing for a Wednesday at 9 AM, with the understanding that prices may have increased since our quote was from earlier this year. Not a problem, prices have increased everywhere lately.

Day of the service: plumbers arrived an hour late, one of them took a few steps into our home, went back outside, vomited several times and mentioned he was sick, then came inside, with streaks of vomit covering the front of his shirt, took one look at the tub and claimed they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, so therefore won't replace the faucet. The only response I get from ABC Plumbing is that the technician claims they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, even though the quote (picture attached) clearly shows Re-install skirt.

I don't understand what happened here, Jason provided a quote after coming into our home and checking out the bathtub. Now, the day of the service, the other plumbers claim they're unwilling to remove the tub skirt. Back in September 2020 I'd recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone. Now? I'd look elsewhere.

Also, if your employees are sick and vomiting don't send them into a customer's home.

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bryan was great. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and had us cooling the house again in a few short hours.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

We've used this company for almost 10 years now and they've done a number of rehab & improvement jobs over this time (pipe lining, fixed leak in yard from meter to the house, new fixtures, etc). Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Highly recommend them!

Desmond was great. He had a great group of guys get me taken care of the same day on a slab leak. Johnathan, Cory, Alex, and Pablo were all great. Very professional and friendly. 5 star service with a great price. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend to anyone having plumbing issues.

I rang Ernie's at the recommendation of a company I was doing business with to quote the install for two toilets. I was taken back at the total price of just shy of $1800 at the time. I understood the cost of labor may be expensive but I learned there were additional parts labor/parts needed.The technician Robert was punctual and performed a excellent job while providing some education along way of flush drainage process and the wax ring that was bent. The cost originally did not inlcude disposal of the old toilets that I had to take the city dump but I later spoke with Randy the General Manager who apologised and clarified that the disposal should have been part of the cost. Randy's quick action to credit my cc $200 was an instant customer satisfaction because he understood my concern and ensured satisfaction and quality by providing a resolution. I am pleased with the service and would recommend. Thank you Mr Kilcrease for your call and prompt action to ensure the quality and reputation of Ernie's Plumbing is maintained!

This is the second time I've used them, they have been fantastic both times, professional, and honest about the work. Both times they have kept me informed of the situation and work being done.

Tech Chris expertly solved a couple of minor problems with my system. I've owned several rent houses over the years. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are a *very* well organized company. I passed the good word onto NextDoor. Will use them again.

Kyle and partner analyzed and nullified a leak cause by poor material with rookie workmanship from previous team.
