I got an email from the city that I was using an unusual amount of water in.48 hour period. Called Profix that evening and they were out first thing the next morning. They quickly determined where my leak was and had it fixed in no time. Super nice guys!

Daryl from ABC came out after the storm today and fixed a faucet issue that I've dealt with for several years in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and efficient. I paid the minimum charge and in less than 15 minutes he was on his way.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

First, we are a long time (over 15 years) customers of Metro Energy. We have been extremely happy with the service Metro has been providing over the years. We got to know Nathan when he came as part of the install crew to setup a replacement AC/Heating unit about 5 yrs back. He was very courteous, helpful and generous with advice. It as a pleasant surprise having Nathan coming back on regular service calls. He has not changed in his approach to clients, we are very pleased for to have him do the detailed maintenance checkup and looking forward to working with him on further calls.You have a good person in Nathan on the team.

I would recommend Ernie’s to anyone who is in need of a plumber! They were able to get me in the same day and arrived at my house an hour after I called. They found a broken pipe in my wall and fixed it immediately. Very good quality and cleaned up after themselves. Craig was very professional and honest and even educated me on how to lookout for any issues in the future. This was a great experience from making the appointment all the way to the completion of the job along with a follow up call!
