We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

My sister had a private bathroom which was horrible. We called and Justin came out. He was very prompt and conscientious. He worked all day long. He was very professional and competent. He completely turned my sister's bathroom to a functional and attractive room. Also, we found the price was reasonable based on the job. Wade and Augustine were wonderful. We were concerned that we might have damaged pipes due to the hard freezes we have experienced the past few years. They were here exactly when they said they would be, were very polite, and professional. They checked everything thoroughly, and I was extremely relieved and impressed that we were charged a price that I think is more than fair. I know we are going to need a plumber we can trust since our water heater is running on borrowed time. Now we have one.

I CALLED THEM OUT TO UNPLUG MY SINK AND WASHER DRAIN. THEY WERE ON TIME , QUICK TO FIND WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS, AND CLEANED IT OUT, ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.
