Waymon has stayed on top of our A/Cs for years and I wouldn't know what to do without him! He's tells me what I need to know and sets expectations of what needs to be done seasonally. Our AC was not cooling so we called the home warranty company. They would be happy to help and would send someone on Monday - it was Friday in July in Texas....that will not get it. I reached out to my neighborhood FB page and Big Bear was recommended so I called. The call was around noon on Friday and by 1:30 a technician was at the house and shortly after we were cool again. Great service, fair price and we will for sure recommend and use again should the need arise. Thank you Big Bear!

My mom tried looking for a plumber since we had a back up, unsure of where the problem was coming from. My mom told me who she had found, and I looked them up right away and I was impressed with the google reviews hoped that I got the same service. Let me say I was very pleased, they were on time, came in assessed the problem and told us what to expect and the time frame, I feel like they were done in a matter of minutes. Brad and Daniel did an excellent job, and then when we asked about other services that we were thinking of they didn't try to get out of there or make us feel like we were just another job, they told us pricing and everything.
