They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Charged me; $300 didn't fix anything. Ended up needed a new water heater. I could have just saved the $300 and applied it to that. They just charged me the service trip. Lied and said they fixed it but didn't.

Highly recommended. Taylor was courteous, professional and was able to fix the problem that another company was not. He went the extra mile and saved me money!

I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.

These guys are very professional and on time. I needed a water heater replacement, and they got it done professionally. 5/5 review I definitely recommend these guys and I will 100% look forward to calling the company for future repairs.

Robert was great! He was actually the 2nd tech sent to our house from this company for AC issues. The first guy seemed agitated and put out by having to even be at our home. Needless to say, the repair did NOT fix our problem. The next day, Robert was sent and the service was like night and day. He was informative, kind, pleasant,and incredibly thorough in troubleshooting our issue and repairing it. Give Robert a raise please! He is the reason I gave this company 5 stars.

We had a small issue with a clogged kitchen sink. Madea's Plumbing was able to work us into their schedule very quickly and took care of the issue quickly. They were very pleasant to work with and I would reccomend them

I am giving this business 5+ stars because of what they didn’t do! There was a terrible smell coming from one of our toilets. I called them and they promptly scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived on time and told me that it was probably the wax ring needed to be replaced and quoted me a price. When I told him that I was very DIY and would replace it myself. He thanked me for calling. THEN said there wasn’t a service call fee!!! In his words, “if we don’t fix something, we don’t charge you. “. I will certainly call this company back if I ever need a plumber again.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
