I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

Easy to get on the phone. Generally quick to have someone out. Nice people. No offense, but I'd like to see them less since that would mean there isn't a plumbing issue. But they seem like good people and have done good work for me so far.

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. Amazing service!

This is Judy Cotton, Jerry's wife. I had trouble with two toilets all of a sudden and needed help immediately. Chuck May came to my aid and spent a no-nonsense amount of time in repair and resolution. My house is my sanctuary and it is very neat. Making a mess with wet feet is not acceptable. Mr. May is the only plumber I have ever had (I am almost 70 years old) who did not make a mess, cleaned up any water spills after his work, and was the consummate professional in every way.

Slab leak/reroute repair
Prior to J Rowe, I had 3 other companies out: Pipe Drs, Joshua's Plumbing, and American Leak Detection. I did not have hot water for months. I won't degrade the other companies but I do not recommend them. J Rowe came to my home and fixed the issue promptly. My attic was a difficult one which I was already aware of before they mentioned it. They worked hard for hours. They also did a great job replacing my bathroom sink- 8 spread and kitchen spray hose. They matched and beat the quotes from the other companies. They submitted all paperwork promptly to my insurance for the reroute repair. I never had to call them twice about a thing. Brandon followed up on everything he said he would. BRANDON, ERIC, and DYLAN were all awesome. They're all very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and honest. I paid for my repair in full but they did offer a payment plan with interest. None of the other companies did that, they all wanted $900 up front and the other half later.
