I knew it was time for a new A/C system.Ours was not a simple replacement, it required relocating the air-handler to a new location. But from the no-nonsense quote by Mark, to the great work by Jeremy, Alex, & Jean, the team exceeded my expectations all the way. I can't say enough - on-time, professional, respectful. I recently switched to Dial One for my semi-annual plumbing and HVAC maintenance. I could not be happier. Kerlin came to my home today - he was thorough, helpful, inquisitive. He made sure everything was in good working order and got me all fixed up. The value for the price paid on their maintenance plan is already good, but when you get to deal with great employees like Kerlin - it's even better.

My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

I called the wrong number, I was trying to reach another plumbing company but clicked on the wrong listing. I'm glad I did! The gentleman that came out went above and beyond to we were happy to have him. We will not go back tot he other company we used to use. We never experienced such great customer service like this!

I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

I am in a new house that had an old water heater. I called Plumb Reasonable. Eddy arrived, prepared a proposal. I accepted the offer, and the new superior water heater was installed without a hitch. I am very forunate to know about Plumb Reasonable and Eddy.

David was very professional and quick to fix my issue. He walked me through everything he was doing and even explained things specific to my house that I should look out for in the future.

We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day.
