I honestly can not say enough great things about Max Mechanical ! Everyone from the office staff, the tech, to the owner, truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. Not to mention they are always quick to respond ( I have used them about 3-4 times over the last 10yrs and I have referred numerous friends to them), they always resolve my issues very quickly, and always have beat other companies prices. The last time I used their services, 1 month ago, the tech came and had to basically fix some DIY repairs we had tried and failed at miserably. He came the same day I called, he got to the house and went straight to work, repaired the problem, cleaned the outside unit up, and was gone in less than 2hrs. Again, great customer service, great work and I recommend them to everyone I know. 5 stars!

We had a clogged sink that we couldn’t fix ourselves. They came the same day, gave notice when they were on their way, were polite and handled the issue quickly and professionally. Additionally, they didn’t mind my very curious seven year old who watched from behind (and out of the way.) One of the plumbers gave him some business cards so he could have something to read while they worked, which my son loved.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! Can’t say enough good things about this business. The experience from the beginning was great. Melissa who works the phones at the office was awesome. I explained my situation and the issue I had that a prior plumber couldn’t repair. She put me on the phone with the dispatcher, Bill, who told me they had plenty of line and the correct equipment to snake my sewer line. Bill called me back later and said someone was in my area. Braydan called me around 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night and asked what my issues was. He said let’s give it a shot tonight but would be better if he had his camera. He came out and tried to clear the line but couldn’t. Here is where he blew me away. He said don’t pay me tonight because I didn’t fix it. When I come back tomorrow you can. You just don’t get that from businesses anymore. He came back today and cleared the line. Top to bottom great business that is FAMILY run. This is not a corporate location so the service here is top notch. Thanks again and another big shout out to Braydan for fixing my clogged sewer line!

Our 12 year old hot water went out (of course on a weekend). We called ABC Plumbing and they promptly arrived within an hour to diagnose. Jayden was our service tech and he gave us a couple options to repair or replace. With the age, we decided to just replace it. Jayden and Dane arrived promptly on Monday morning, were professional and really great quality work. Installed, cleaned up and now we have a newly installed hot water heater.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!
