I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

In short, potato peelings down the garbage disposal. We called Direct Source and Wes was here in 30 minutes. Very polite and professional young man. An hour later, everything was replaced, working like new and Wes had everything cleaned up. It was about 7:00 in the evening when we called and he was gone by 8:30. We really like Wes. (He came out once a few weeks ago and showed us we did not need anything done with the line that we occasionally have to get cleaned out due to tree roots. We will call him next time we need this service, too.)
